Mobile numbers are never shared or sold
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or SMS consent to anyone. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except with service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages you asked for (for example, our messaging carrier), and those providers may not use your number for any other purpose.
LP BaseOps operational SMS
LP BaseOps is a property operations platform operated by Jetsetter Lux, LLC. Cleaners and other authorized property team members who explicitly opt in may receive operational SMS messages from LP BaseOps.
- Messages may concern cleaning assignments, schedules and schedule changes, reminders, access and property instructions, completion requests, supply notifications, and related property operations.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Users may reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages.
- Users may reply HELP for assistance.
- Providing SMS consent is optional and is not required to use LP BaseOps.

Guest text messages, frequency and rates
If you give us your mobile number and consent, we may send you text messages about your inquiry, reservation, check-in instructions and stay. Message frequency varies; you can expect approximately 2–6 messages per month, and more around the dates of an active booking.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we use your information
We use your information only to respond to inquiries, manage reservations, provide access and support during your stay, and meet legal or tax obligations. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

We keep guest records only as long as needed for our records and legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect them. No method of transmission is completely secure.

Booking platforms
Reservations are made through Airbnb, which handles payment and communication under its own privacy policy. This policy covers only information you share with us directly.
