These Terms & Conditions are an agreement between you and JetSetter Lux, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as “The LaunchPad” (“JetSetter Lux,” “we,” “us” or “our”). JetSetter Lux, LLC owns and operates this website and The LaunchPad short-term rental in Titusville, Florida. By using this website, contacting us, or booking a stay, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Bookings
Reservations are made and paid for through Airbnb, and Airbnb’s terms, cancellation policy and payment processing apply to your booking. Rates, availability and photos shown here are for information only and may change without notice.
House rules and occupancy
- Maximum 12 guests; the guest count on the reservation must be accurate.
- No parties or events, and no smoking anywhere on the property.
- Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay.
- The pool, spa and outdoor areas are used at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
Text messaging terms
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from JetSetter Lux, LLC (The LaunchPad) about your inquiry, reservation, check-in and stay. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or booking.
Message frequency varies — typically about 2–6 messages per month, with additional messages around the dates of an active booking.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share, sell or transfer mobile numbers or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
LP BaseOps SMS messaging
LP BaseOps is a property operations platform operated by Jetsetter Lux, LLC. Cleaners and other authorized property team members may voluntarily opt in to operational SMS notifications about cleaning assignments, schedule updates, reminders, property instructions, access updates, completion requests and other operational communications related to assigned property work.
- Opt-in is affirmative and optional; SMS consent is not required to use LP BaseOps.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
- SMS availability and delivery may depend on mobile carriers and networks, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opting out of SMS does not prevent continued use of LP BaseOps through other available channels.
